-All of the shoes on website are brand new in their original packing.

-You will recieve an order confirmation from us after we recieve your payment. We can provide a tracking number to you after 1 day, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to your country.

-ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED!

Return/Exchange

-We only offer products which are brand new.

-Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore; I ordered the wrong size or color; The color of the shoes are darker or lighter than pictured;Shoes do not fit.

-Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent; Factory defect on shoes; Mistake on website's part.

-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit or an exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

-All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
